About Thatcher

Ackerman IT is a one-person business run by Thatcher Ackerman, serving home-owners and small, local businesses in and around Melrose since 2019. 

Whether it's fixing your WiFi issue, or helping a small business get set up, Thatcher's goal is the same: make technology work the way it should, without stress or confusion. 

In addition to running Ackerman IT, offering in-home technology support, Thatcher works for SDM Foundation, a Melrose-based not-for-profit that offers free technology education for the community. In both roles, he brings the same patience and practical problem-solving to each new challenge.
